With 15+ years of experience spanning investment, development, and asset management, I bring deep practical expertise directly to our sessions. Having spent years building complex financial models from scratch- and just as importantly, hiring, training, and managing analysts- I know exactly what skills the industry demands.

I also realized that the most rewarding aspect of my work was watching new analysts grow and succeed. Now, my entire focus is helping you master the modeling skills required to advance your career. 

My Work Experience

​​9 years in real estate private equity

  • Hired, managed, and trained an analytics team comprised of analysts and associates

  • Designed Excel-based cash flow models from scratch used throughout the organization

  • Managed property-level quarterly forecasting, valuations, and investor reporting processes

  • Orchestrated and streamlined the annual budget process encompassing 75+ people across multiple funds

  • Oversaw annual asset-level business plan preparation

  • Developed and delivered training to analysts using Excel and Argus

  • Served in a quality control capacity for financial processes, ensuring compliance with loan covenants and quarterly reporting standards

  • Designed and implemented an Argus asset management integration with a corporate earnings model

  • Managed budget preparation for an office portfolio

  • Underwrote development projects and acquisitions

  • Developed cash flow models and waterfall structures for assessing feasibility of deals

  • Assisted in all phases of the fundraising pipeline for both debt and equity
